Community Aid for Relief and Development Organization-CARDO is a non-profitable, non-political and non-sectarian humanitarian and development organization dedicated to work with youth, elderly, women, children in the community to reach their full potential, we are aiming at empowering communities to be free from poverty and violence through various programs that have positive impact and sustainable solution to community concerns. CARDO is one of the leading non-profitable and non-state actor in providing training in leadership development, peace building, good governance and conflict mitigation, Protection and community transformation in collaboration with other stakeholders. CARDO was initiated in October 2016 and officially registered on 13th January 2017, the organization seeks to cover Wau state and South Sudan at large per chances of extension and availability of funds
