Help for humanity international initiative is a non governmental community based organization, defending the rights and improving access to good health for the vulnerable and marginalized people especially the female sex workers (FSWs) people who are most vulnerable to human rights violations and HIV/STI. It was founded in may 2015 and has been operating in Enugu State, in complimenting the efforts of government, donors, corporate bodies etc.
