Summary Description of your Organization

HHC is a registered community based organization established in 2018 by a group of eleven innovative young personnel under the guidance of idhaaza Jonathan.After analysing the problems affecting our community, we thought of nothing other than creating solutions to them.we said "we are the immediate victims of our challenges, when we don't stand against them, those problems shall consume us before reaching our destiny.Our motto says"nothing for us without us" meaning that our community problems can not be solved without our joint effort achieved through team work.Under hope health care, we fight malaria,TB,HIV and other communicable diseases.

We are currently conducting HIV/AIDS and HRSR campaign sensitization programs in twenty schools in Namwendwa subcounty.It is a one year project which started in March this year.
