Life Empowerment Support Organisation

Organisation (LESO) is a community driven Organisation registered as Private Voluntary Organisation (PVO 4311) in terms of subsection (5) of section 9 of the Private Voluntary Organisation act [Chapter 17:05] on the 7th of October 2011 and was founded in 2008 by Ms Olive Mutabeni a qualified Registered General Nurse with additional qualifications of Midwifery, Family Planning trained Professional Counselling in Systemic Counselling and Family Therapy trained by CONNECT/ Zimbabwe Open University and Openly and Positively Living with HIV. The organization was formed in response to the raising challenges which HIV positive people face in their daily lives and the organization aims at providing Care and Support to PLHIV and their families through Home Based Care (Differentiated Service Delivery).
