Pallisa Network of AIDS Service Organisation's (PANASO) is a non - governmental, non - partisan, non - profit and non - religious indigenous organization based in Pallisa - Uganda. It was founded in 2002 in order to provide a platform for coordination , networking, resource mobilization and information sharing among Civil Society Organization's (CSOs) so as to improve on the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of their contribution to the national response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic and also to contribute towards full and effective realization of human rights in Uganda more so in a participatory manner.

1: 90,90,90 government program. Stigma and discrimination: advocate for the implementation of the HIV/AIDS work place policy, orphans and other vulnerable children (OVC) policy, promotion of adolescent reproductive health education in school curriculum, protection of widows and orphans.
2: Livelihood promotion: PANASO encourages participation of all citizens. People Living with HIV (PLWHAs) inclusive, in productive work to improve their incomes,food security and environmental protection. Citizens are empowered through self - sustaining income generating activities such as village Sacco's to enable them attain self-reliance .
