Scarlet Uganda was registered as a not-for-profit private company limited by guarantee It is dedicated to the fundamental human rights of bisexuals and MSM/MSWs young male adolescents, (YMAs)and their communities, focusing on economic empowerment, ending violence, stigma and health concerns through education and advocacy to create a positive relationship among bisexuals, young male adolescents, (YMAs) ,MSM/MSWs to facilitate communication, experience sharing and support for social and economic empowerment of these communities
