YWCA Tanzania we are a non-profit non-government organization uniting women, young women and girls from different backgrounds nationally. We are committed to the empowerment of women to realize their potential and contribute to the achievement of peace, dignity and good health for all. The YWCA of Tanzania is volunteer based and is a member of a worldwide movement of women, the World YWCA. It is an ecumenical organization not connected to a church, but working in accordance with Christian principles for the betterment of women, young women and girls of all faiths.

organisation sharing and mentorship on SRHR and HIV/AIDS so as to sensitize and raise community and public awareness on HIV/AIDS and Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) in Shinyanga, Morogoro, Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, Dodoma, Arusha, Mwanza, Magu, Bunda and Tanga Districts.
